    Further Information

    Rhosdhu is unpeated Loch Lomond single malt from a configuration of pot stills not used since the 1990s. An extremely rare cask bursting with a medley of ripe fruit and spice, the underlying waxy character is highly sought after and characteristic of a much older malt.

    An elegant and refined conclusion of gentle oak spices, mixed nuts and mild clove.

    Further Information

    Spice & Oak - Speyside’s “Mill on the Hill” has enjoyed something of a renaissance recently. Sadly however, Tamnavulin’s closure between 1995 – 2007 means mature casks like this, displaying bergamot tea, almonds and spice, are in short supply.

    Further Information

    Hard to find (a mile north-west of the tiny hamlet of Mulben), difficult to pronounce (“Orth-rusk”), and mainly bottled under a different name (Singleton), you’d be forgiven for thinking Diageo want to keep Auchroisk a secret. With beautiful floral top-notes, we’d happily shout about this bourbon hogshead from the rooftops.

    One of our original cask stock purchased by Tim Morrison for the company in 1991. An extremely rare barrel from our warehouse stock at Bowmore, Islay. A must for purist Bowmore lovers.

    Further Information

    One of our favourite casks of all time. Aged for a LONG time in a bourbon hogshead but we don’t MOURN the bottling! The result is a sublimely smooth and perfectly balanced malt. As good as a 32 year old cask gets. An aged malt to savour.
