Colour: Polished gold.
Nose: Juicy apricot, buttercup and white chocolate mousse.
Palate: Granny Smith apple, vine leaf, pear and Victoria plum.
Finish: Crisp white grape and gooseberry, lingering on roast pumpkin seed.

This lesser-seen distillery has a unique production method (without mash tun!) which may contribute to the abundance of fruit flavours and pleasant, chalky texture experienced in this refill bourbon hogshead.
