Tasting Notes

Colour: Nectarine gold.
Nose: Grilled orange, cranberry, toasted oat and smoke.
Palate: Raspberry flapjack, hibiscus and lemon.
Finish: Char siu pork and honey, with dried apricot and ginger.

Further Information

Finished for 18 months in oloroso sherry hogsheads from Tonelería Juan Pino. Lending dried fruit and subtle smoke from maturing our special Cask Islay Sherry Edition, to a classic Glen Garioch, breadbasket base.
