Tasting Notes

Colour: Warm copper.
Nose: Brioche, raisin, blackcurrant and liquorice.
Palate: Treacle toffee, butterscotch and spiced cranberry.
Finish: Brown sugar, cinnamon and almond crumb, on a mixed berry compote.

Intensely sherried whiskies remain as popular as ever, and this butt is a bona fide sherry bomb to sate that appetite. The expected dried fruit, nuts and spices are well-founded on the full-bodied Aultmore spirit.
