Tasting Notes

Colour: Golden honey.
Nose: Toasted marshmallow, vanilla and orange peel.
Palate: Creamy coconut, jackfruit and bright citrus.
Finish: Dewy grass and candy floss, as quality malt and sweet oak combine.

Further Information

A. D. Rattray rarely give the green light to malts below 6 years of age, but our tasting panel was simply blown away by the maturity on display here. A single barrel further matured for 2 years in an ex-Glen Moray barrel.
