Colour
Amber glow.
Nose
Sticky raisin, coffee and walnut cake with chocolate ganache.
Palate
Crumbly vanilla tablet, buttered tea loaf and ginger. 
Finish
Rich malt biscuit, candied orange peel and a generous dusting of baking spice.

Further Information

Fully matured in a refill sherry butt, the foremost notes of crumbly fudge are unmistakably Glenrothes. Perhaps less stylish than its sister distilleries at Macallan and Highland Park, but certainly no less substance.
