Tasting Notes

Colour: Ground cinnamon.
Nose: Orange marmalade, butterscotch, honeysuckle and ginger.
Palate: Caramelised pear, walnut, clove and cardamom.
Finish: Cinnamon and apple crumble with a spiced oak conclusion.

Further Information

Finished for 12 months in a Sauternes wine barrique, bringing a wonderful sweetness and spice to a spirit renowned for its amenability to a variety of wood finishes.
