Colour: Shortbread gold.
Nose: Rustic loaf, lemon meringue, lavender and toffee.
Palate: Candied grapefruit, lychee, oatmeal and bonbon.
Finish: Chocolate orange, macadamia and citrus oil coats the palate.

A lesser-spotted single cask from Ben Nevis... A wonderful throwback to an older style of Scotch whisky. Wooden washbacks, brewer’s yeast, and slow and steady distillation for an unmatched depth of character and flavour.
