Cask Orkney 15 Year Old
Introducing our Cask Orkney 15 Year Old, the younger sibling of our previous 18 Year Old release. This small batch single malt Scotch whisky is fully matured in bourbon casks with favour notes of subtle smoke, stone fruit and spices.
Part of our Casks of Scotland range of single malts from across Scotland, this lightly peated malt takes you north to the mysterious Orkney Isles. Capturing the spirit of Orkney and the warmth found in the people, the land and the whisky they craft.
Tasting Notes:
- Colour: Butterscotch gold.
- Nose: Clover honey, Parma violet, ripe peach and wild heather embers.
- Palate: Grilled plum, old-fashioned barley sugar, noble hop and caraway.
- Finish: A prolonged peppery smoke lifted by tart citrus and foraged pine.
As with all the single malts in our Casks of Scotland range, this malt is non-chill-filtered and natural colour. Available in 700ml at 46% alc./vol.
