Further Information
Over 4 years of secondary maturation in a wine barrique emptied for our Cask Islay Sherry Edition. Subtle stone fruit notes from the original sherry maturation, and a faint coastal smoke from the Islay malt seasoning are evident. A cask strength whisky with everything in moderation, including moderation itself.
